The Fortress of Bard hosts, from 2nd April to 2nd May 2010, an architecture photo exhibition, “La visione dello spazio. Fotografia come architettura”, by Roberto Mutti, that presents to the public works by Gabirele Basilico, Stefania Beretta, John Davies, Franco Donaggio, Maurizio Galimberti, Andrea Garuti, Margherita Spiluttini, Vladimir Sutiaghin.

The exhibition compares authors different for vocational training and expressive choices about architecture photos.
Beside the linear images by classics as the Italian Gabriele Basilico and the English John Davies appear the spectacular by Margherita Spiluttini, the Austrian photographer noteworthy for his interior images. Here she presents the result of one’s research about the relation between architectonic parts and natural landscape. The Swiss Stefania Beretta and the Italian Andrea Garuti touch on the theme of the city.
The photos of Belorussian Vladimir Sutiaghin describe a world, with the atmosphere of an ancient magnificence.
The exact opposite are the research of Maurizio Galimberti and Franco Donaggio: the first interprets architecture as a game of plane’s compositions and separations, the second invent a fabric of a city, full of surreal suggestions.
